Leslie Field is a certified Somatic Practitioner specializing in Embodied Movement, with a passion for helping individuals reconnect with their bodies to unlock physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. She has been working with moving bodies for 7 years, first as a group fitness professional and now as a somatic practitioner.

Leslie uses movement and dance as a tool to cultivate awareness of the body-mind connection, helping people release tension, trauma, and stagnant energy.

Her approach is compassionate, intuitive, and client-centered, focusing on creating a safe-enough and supportive space for each individual to explore their body's wisdom. 

She believes that reconnecting with your body through movement can open the door to greater presence, resilience, and joy, supporting your journey toward overall well-being.
